We Do Not Require An "Up-Front" Payment Before Beginning Work On Your Website We will design your "Home Page" and publish it to a temporary site on the Internet for you to view. After we have made any changes you request and you have approved the basic design and layout, we will invoice you $200.00 which will be applied toward the total cost of your completed website. Once we have received your initial payment, we will continue developing the rest our your web pages. The balance will be due upon completion of your website.
The total first year fees are due upon completion of your website. The annual renewal fee will become due each year on the anniversary date that your web hosting services were setup for your website. This may not be the same date that your website was completed. Renewal fees must be paid annually in advance. If you decide to discontinue your services with us after the first year, you will be refunded for any unused months that have been prepaid. Payments may be made by check or credit card via PayPal. If the balance due has not been paid in full within 30 days of the due date, late charges may be applied and access to your e-mail and website may be suspended. |
